Shipping policy
Our open and limited edition prints are made in a different location to the original artworks. The shipping options and delivery times vary for these products.
For any tracking queries, please use the online tracking system for your listed delivery company in your order. e.g Australia Post, Pack n Send. If you require more details, you can contact them directly to inquire about your delivery.
Delivery Times
Original Artworks
Original artworks are created and dispatched from The Art of Jem Ham's studio in Fremantle, Western Australia. All original artwork orders are sent with Australia Post or Pack n Send depending on the size.
- Within Australia: As a guide, once payment has been received and your items have been processed (between 1 to 3 business days), the delivery time is typically 2 to 12 business days depending on your location in Australia. Regional Australia can take longer, up to 20 business days.
- International deliveries: Once payment has been received and your items have been processed the delivery time is typically 5 to 20 business days depending on your location in the world.
Open and Limited Edition Prints
Our open and limited edition prints are printed on order and currently ship within Australia only. Printing and processing usually takes 2 to 4 business days. The prints are sent with Australia Post.
Once payment has been received and your items have been printed, the delivery time is typically 2 to 6 business days for Parcel Post and 1 to 3 days for Express Post.
Late or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking details and contact the postal or delivery service directly for an update. Delays can occasionally occur in transit, and the postal service is best placed to assist. If they are unable to resolve the issue, please contact us directly. If your tracking appears empty or incorrect, please email us at jem@jemham.com and we will follow it up promptly.
PO Box Delivery
Original artworks are sent via Pack n Send and require a physical street address and phone number for delivery, both within Australia and internationally. Open and limited edition prints are sent via Australia Post, which can generally deliver to P.O. Boxes within Australia.
International Shipping
Our open and limited edition prints currently ship within Australia only. Original artworks are available for international shipping to the following destinations:
- New Zealand
- US and Canada: US (excluding Territories and Military bases) and Canada (excluding Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon).
- Europe and Scandinavia: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy*, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal*, Spain*, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
- Asia-Pacific: Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to purchase. Please note that The Art of Jem Ham is not liable for any import duties, taxes, levies, or customs fees charged by your country of residence.
*Shipments to Spain, Italy, and Portugal may be subject to additional local customs requirements, including the provision of a National Tax ID (Spain: NIF/NIE, Italy: Codice Fiscale, Portugal: NIF) to facilitate import processing. Please ensure your contact details, including phone number, are correct at checkout, as the courier or local customs office may need to reach you to collect this information and any applicable local VAT or handling fees. Please be aware that failure to provide the required information may result in the artwork being returned to Australia, with return shipping costs borne by the buyer.
Stock Availability
If an original artwork or print is marked as sold out, unfortunately it will not be restocked. New works are added to the shop regularly, so keep an eye out for what's coming.
Please note that adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Other shoppers can purchase the same item while it is in your cart. If you are purchasing a limited edition or one-off item, we recommend completing your checkout promptly to avoid disappointment.
